This summer the National Assembly enacted the Amendment Law to the Austrian Environmental Impact Assessments Law 2012. Although this amendment only had a very short preliminary lead time, it contains many changes with significant consequences and introduces some completely new instruments.
Compared to civil case literature, explanations about constitution and administration law proceedings are very rare.
The book „Written submissions to the Administrative and Constitutional Court" gives an overview about this theme, conveys principles to student and answers as well detailed questions of practitioners.
