Legal Info - Stock Corporation Law
The draft law for the 2. Stability Act 2012 also includes changes of the Austrian Act on Stock Corporations regarding the composition of directors' remuneration, the organization of the supervisory board and the change from board of directors to supervisory board for Austrian stock corporations. Irena Gogl, LL.M. gives a short overview on these changes.

Legal Info - Current Environmental Law
During the last weeks two judgments caused quite a stir. The Austrian Supreme Administrative Court qualified the relevance of thresholds for air pollutants based on the guideline of the Federal Environmental Agency. Furthermore the Austrian Constitutional Court abrogated the exception for approval for (smaller) outdoor dining areas.
